Add weights to your 500 skipping rope (refer to the illustration on the packaging)
You can add up to 2 weights on each handle (1 x 75g weight, sold separately). To add weights, turn the handle so the colored button faces you. Press the button to release the chamber. Add 1 or 2 weights to the chamber. Reinsert the chamber into the handle. Repeat on the other side. You can start your workout.
